and is valid as of the DTG in the header. Notes for interpreting it:

- The report is updated only when something changes: it is regenerated
  within seconds of a warning starting, ending or changing level. A light
  refresh every few minutes also keeps durations and daily statistics
  current. There is no need to poll it more often than that.
- All times are Kyiv local time (Europe/Kyiv). Times shown without a date fall
  on the current day. The DTG zone suffix reflects the current offset (B in
  winter, C in summer).
- An *active warning* means an air raid alert is currently in force for that
  area and sirens are sounding. Warnings are issued by regional civil-defence
  authorities, not by this service.
- Warnings carry an alert level (see the ALERT LEVELS key in the header).
  *Red* is issued for missile threats and mass strikes and requires an
  immediate move to shelter. *Yellow* is declared during drone attacks and
  allows businesses, public transit and civic facilities to keep operating
  under defined safety criteria. Areas with no reported level are treated as
  red. The level is reported by the source, and an area can move between
  yellow and red while its warning stays in force.
- Place names are transliterated from Ukrainian using the official Ukrainian
  romanization standard, with the original Ukrainian name in brackets.
- Warnings are tracked per oblast, raion, hromada, and city, so a single
  nationwide alert appears here as many separate areas.
- Two different scopes are in play, and they are not comparable. The
  warning status sections count every area at every administrative level,
  while the statistics sections (key data totals, assessment and trends,
  and both regional breakdowns) are computed from oblast-level records
  plus Kyiv city only. An oblast whose alert is currently held only at
  raion or hromada level therefore appears under warning above while
  counting as zero in the statistics.
- Warnings covering the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and
  Luhansk oblast are nominal: they are declared administratively and remain in
  force continuously, so they do not reflect current conditions. They are
  reported separately and excluded from the headline counts and rankings.
